Its happened to me even when I did aspirate. Moving the pin around to much etc.. Its fine.

you went threw a vein you are fine asprating would not have helped as you were not in it.
rubbing is prob the worst thing you can do. you dont wanna move the steroid around and maybe move it to the vein you will get that insane cough like you are gonna die,lol

This seems not to worry that much, but you could not take for granted this kind of situation. You have to be cautious about injecting anything, be careful not to push amount of air or worse blood clots. If happened, this will circulate in the system and causes serious health problems.

I've had then happen on a hard clean with test prop. You have to be a sick person to run Clen and pin ED. Next time don't massage it, just apply very light pressure with the towel.
