Chest is good. I'm doing everything nice and light. Working the muscle while putting minimum amount of stress in the the tendons. :)

No surgery. Doc said I still have tendon there and had me do some resistance movements with him so I'd quit panicking like a little girl.

No bicep work for three months, light light rehab with it after.I can do machine presses for shoulders and chest, but not to go heavy on anything I'm using my arms for. He said the muscle will probably fill back in a little, but I should get used to the idea of my arms looking a little different.

I don't think the news could have been better all things considered.

Rocket, test and tren almost exclusively with exception to a month and a half of eq, and a couple of weeks of drol.

That's great that you don't need surgery! And the recovery time seems like it is much shorter than you were expecting.

Would running GH be beneficial in your case?

I've been back in the gym for two weeks. Being very careful and using mostly machines for upper body. My arm looks absolutely ridiculous compared to the other, but I'll try not to obsess over it.

Anyway, thanks for the kind words friends.
