  • Blood Circulation In Fat

I am beginning to believe that bad circulation is the cause for stubborn fat loss. I'm going to the doctor to get the circulation in my belly checked.

    Any thought?

Possible but the problem is what can you do about it? How are you going to change circulation in stubborn fat areas in a way that actually affects fat retention?

Well, if the actual problem is in the overall circulation and i fix that then i may be able to fix the circulation in the fat.

You don't have a lot of circulation going on in your belly fat as it is. "Stubborn" fat is fat that's left over AFTER you've dieted down. Are you fairly lean as of now?

That's because you have been unable to do what it takes to get there. Stop searching for an excuse like "circulation in fat" and lets get real. What you have been doing obviously isn't working so its time to change things up.

What is your current diet/training/cardio regimen?

My diet consists of 50% carbs, 35% protien and 15% fat. My caloric intake is 2375, which is 15% below maintenance. I do cardio 4 days per week. I was walking with my heart rate at 115 for 35 minutes and lift weights 4 days per week. I have now switched to sprinting. Right now 1 minute of sprinting and 1 minute walking. I am working my way to 4 sets of that. I also just started sit ups, crunches and leg lifts again to get the blood flowing in my stomach fat.
I dont want to make any excuses i just cant understand why at 23 i did NO cardio and had 8.5% body fat and now im doing cardio, eat cleaner and better then ever, doing clen and t3 and i cant break 10%?

Metabolism. My guess would be that you have gotten your body into an overtrained/undernourished state. Up the cals by 200-300, kill the sprinting and go back to walking. 4 days per week is not going to be enough for you, I would suggest 6 days per week 30 minutes per session.

Do this for a solid month and evaluate. The clen and t3 combo are probably eating more muscle then fat at this point.

And please, just stop with the whole "blood flow in stomach fat". I understand your frustrated but nonsense like that isn't going to get you anywhere. The sooner you face the fact that you are not 23 anymore and you need to work a little harder AND differently, the sooner you can achieve the results you are looking for.

1 minute of walking and 1 minute of sprinting X 4 times = 4 minutes of running and 4 minutes of walking?

Thank you for the advice. I will increase my caloric intake; but was wondering if its ok to eat when i come back from the gym right before i go to bed? I try to only have protien that late.
My girl-friend who went to a Budha boarding HS, said calories are calories an eating before i go to bed will not help me lose the stubborn fat. But i need the protien and im often hungry when i come back. Your thoughts?

As for sprinting, believe it or not when i was sprinting twice per day, 4 sets of 1 minute sprints was the only time i got down to 10% since i got into my late thirties. So far walking has done next to nothing.

I know im not 23 anymore but there must be some medical reason for my body not responding any more to diet an excercise. Ive read its lower test but ive been on and off AAS now and have had test levels way above when i was 23 so i dont think thats the only reason.

                        Again, i appreciate your comments.

My last meal is 2 chicken breasts and a cup of oatmeal about 30 min before bed. I'm around your goal bf% so I would have to disagree with your girlfriend. For me it's about being consistent day after day.

I don't know why there "must be some medical reason". Just because your results are not what you are happy with does not automatically mean something is wrong. Just means you have to change things up and approach it differently.

The medical reason is that you're not 23. I'm 44 and I look the best I've ever had. I thought I knew it all until I decided to try bouncers stupid diet of chicken and rice, and finally got the results I was looking for. I'm a big believer.

Auri, thank you but thats not a medical reason. Thats like saying someone died of old age. No one says that anymore a person, no matter how old, dies of some medical cause.

As for Bouncer's chicken and rice diet. That brings me to another issue. Although i have certain macro nutrient goals i described some times they are hard to achieve because I simply have a limited recipe. Do you Bouncer have a set of recipes that would meet the macro nutrients i need?
