So every summer without fail I get bad cramps. I sweat like a pig in the gym and the summer heat just makes it worse. I have tried everything, bananas, increased water and sodium intake, pickle juice etc.. none of it prevented the cramps I get a few hours after training.
Well I finally found something that works! This will now be included with my post workout meal everyday. If your having cramp issues give it a try. Taste fucken good to.
