  • Finally found a cure for my cramps!

    So every summer without fail I get bad cramps. I sweat like a pig in the gym and the summer heat just makes it worse. I have tried everything, bananas, increased water and sodium intake, pickle juice etc.. none of it prevented the cramps I get a few hours after training.

    Well I finally found something that works! This will now be included with my post workout meal everyday. If your having cramp issues give it a try. Taste fucken good to.

      Shit tastes like sweat but it is very effective. I drink it if I get that shaky feeling after the gym or overheated from work etc...

        Just made my protein shake with this stuff. Gave it a much better texture then normal water does, more like milk but without the diary. Very good.
