I wash with neutogena t gel 1st for dry scalp, then follow up with nizoral...I leave it in a few mins, not 10

I just follow the directions; shampoo in, let sit 5 mins, and rinse.

I've only been using it a week and I already notice a significant difference in the amount of hairs in my hands and the shower floor after rinsing.

Starts working fast, but after a few months use id say my shedding has stopped 80-90%. Still get some, but absolutely no thinning. Good stuff :thumb:
