Starts working fast, but after a few months use id say my shedding has stopped 80-90%. Still get some, but absolutely no thinning. Good stuff :thumb:

I just follow the directions; shampoo in, let sit 5 mins, and rinse.

I wash with neutogena t gel 1st for dry scalp, then follow up with nizoral...I leave it in a few mins, not 10
