  • Foam Roller

I got one because I hold alot of tension in the RC Band of the thigh.

I'm convinced that relieving this, and tension generally from the thigh will assist in alleviating some left knee ligament pain along with inflexibility and tightness generally.

Anyone else use? If so how do you use in proximity to leg workouts?

I used to use it on my hips all the time when doing Muay Thai all that kicking would bind me up.
it works great or a deep tissue massage roller is easier and cheeper, lol also try with tennis ball to hit the tuf spots

"Becoming a Supple Leopard" -Dr.Kelley Starret

Get the above book. He goes over the importance and rules of mobility programming as well as muscle group specific techniques to incorporate. This book as been more valuable to me than my 800 dollar NASM corrective exercise certification.
