  • Soft Body

This is really bothering me. I know I have body fat but no matter how much I lose and train, I still cannot achieve that hard and dense look. I train arms as much as I can, especially my triceps but to this day I have soft tris. When I flex they are hard and ripped but when relaxed its mush! Why?
Is this because of high Estrogen or due to some hormonal shift? Is it because of Adrenal stress?

I was a fat kid growing up, I am an Endo type but lost most over time. However I have been putting weigh back on again which I really dred.

My current stats: 40 years old, 5'10", 85kg, 18% bf. I train 5 days a week incorporating cardio every other day.

by far the most important factor here is diet. you don't talk much about that. what is your diet like? all the working out and cardio in the world will do nothing if your diet is shit.

in terms of "assistance" in getting that hard look. you may have high estro levels. you could always try low dose adex to lower your total estrogen levels.

    LiquiDex 30mL 1mg/mL

If you train 5 days a week with cardio every other day, then the only missing factor is diet, as Bouncer said. Post up your daily intake (be honest) and I'll bet you, if you will pardon the expression, dollars to donuts that it's out of whack.

If that number is correct, your body fat is too high. You wont see or feel that hard dense muscle you are after until you drop to around 10% bf.

ppl like yourself who have a tendency to put on bf and women need cardio 5-6 days a week. the exception of leg day. i bet your diet isn't as good as you think it is... I'm guilty of that mistake.

          anavar down the road...
