    I react strongly to caffeine, too much and I get palpitations and dehydration

    However, amongst the benefits of a strong coffee in the am are improved cardiovascular system, the above and also its anti oxidative effects are excellent

    Moderate inclusion is key

    I have to be careful myself. I am a coffee JUNKIE and I often drink more than I should. As you mentioned,,,moderation is the idea.

        Interesting, because iced tea is definitely known to cause kidney stones because of its high concentration of oxalate.
