      Well it's already the low-income folks that are doing the majority of the smoking, so clearly price isn't enough. They are spending a big, big chunk of their entire income on just cigarettes alone. :x That's so crazy to me. Anyone born after ~1965 knows that smoking is horrible for you, so it's not an education issue, either. I think smokers should have to pay higher medical insurance premiums. You'd be hard pressed to find a disease that doesn't list smoking as a risk factor. :eww:

          Its hard to believe that you can still buy them actually. Known,,proven killer.
