    Having a glass of wine here and there before bedtime, is a nice relaxer.

      The article isn't disagreeing with the fact that it's a nice relaxer.

      It's saying it relaxes you and helps you fall asleep only to cause problems midway through the night.

        If I drink a glass of wine before bed I'm fine but if I have 1 beer I cannot fall asleep. Not sure why it is different between the 2.
