Cheat day.. Yea like 60 times. Clean days when its just chicken, oats, fruit and veggies. Maybe 1 or 2 per day.

If your being serious about 100 times per day that tells me your diet is not good or your not properly digesting what your eating. That much gas is not a sign of a well oiled machine.

Yeah if i skip a meal and rely on shakes too much in a day I'll let them rip prob 20 or 30 times a day

on a perfect diet day a big one in the morning when i wake up.

i had some bacon and eggs last weekend because we were away and it was the healthiest thing on the menu by the time i finished I had to run to the toilet. not looking forward to next cheat day.
