I also have degenerative disk issues. I've done my best to avoid surgery at all cost. I'm very interested in what you're suggesting here Mr. I. I can't run deca because, for some reason, it gives me crazy anxiety and panic attack problems and I'm assuming EQ would as well. However, I've never tried Primo. Is 600mg/ wk how much one would need to take to realize any disk improvements? Also, how much mk-677 and tb500 would I need? I'm guessing Id want the equivalent of 2iu/gh Ed

Allday, have you ever run deca with your test dose being at least twice as high? All about ratio IMO. If your test dose is twice as high and estro levels kept in check, low dose deca is nothing but helpful. Problems arise when progesterone levels are too high in comparison to test and estro levels.

Mk-677 dose is 25mgs per day. 5 days on 2 days off.

Tb-500 is 5mgs per 5-7 days. You can stretch this out to 10 days once you start getting results.

I put 1000mg primo in over four days

I will maintain 1000mg we for 4 weeks. For now I can say I feel improvement but that's also with further rehab.

I think it's having an effect yes

Is the TB-500 taken daily or just a single 5mg injection once per week?

Yea I always keep test 2x any other compound I run. I've never ran ran Deca over 200mg/wk and that stuff just rips my ass apart with anxiety attacks. I'm a laid back dude, don't misunderstand, I'm not emotional or ont edge naturally by any means but Deca fucks with me hard. Tren does slightly but I can manage it with Tren, have no clue what it is about Deca

Yea I checked out your log, that's what got me interested in it. I want to be able to use Deca bad bc it seems to the pick hands down for collagen synthesis. I wonder if 100mg/wk would yield any benefits. That would be the lowest I've ever tried to run it but if I could manage the sides at that dose I'd like to think 100mg would help a little bit. Esp if I added in the Mk-677

Yea I think so. I remember a bill Philips article talking about 100mgs per week is effective for joints.

cant really attribute that to primo though can you? it's a slow acting steroid and you just jumped on it a week ago. you've been at this a long time so I know you know your shit but in this case dare I say placebo effect?

What do you feel has been the biggest part of your relief....I've had epidural injections, done pt, etc. I live in pain but I'm not yet to the point I'm ready to submit to the uncertainty of spinal surgery

Out of interest, did you tell me about this in my earlier threads on my back issues?

How many epidurals you had? What happened to your back, has it improved any?

I've had one epidural that's it

Other than that it's been oral meds, osteo, chiro, physio - unreliable cuts they all are lol, and fir oral meds it's been tramadol, asprin, diazepam.

Along side this sporadic gh and aas

Nightly inversion, and Donnie Thompson protocol have helped greatly.

I'm now training couple of times a week weights which I don't know it if it helps and leaves me sore but it'd part of getting back normal.

I'm now trying to introduce 30 minute sessions of cardio at least twice a week.
