I've had one epidural that's it

Other than that it's been oral meds, osteo, chiro, physio - unreliable cuts they all are lol, and fir oral meds it's been tramadol, asprin, diazepam.

Along side this sporadic gh and aas

Nightly inversion, and Donnie Thompson protocol have helped greatly.

I'm now training couple of times a week weights which I don't know it if it helps and leaves me sore but it'd part of getting back normal.

I'm now trying to introduce 30 minute sessions of cardio at least twice a week.
I've mentioned by back issues on here before but I don't think it was in one of your threads. I've got degenerative discs issues in my lower back but my l4 is severely herniated, basically ruptured the MRI revealed. For two years I couldn't do anything physical. My saving grace was spinal decompression. It has saved me from surgery to this point in my life. I also have an inversion table like you mentioned and it is a poor mans version of decompression. However, on this machine the disc that is causing your pain can be isolated and targeted. It's been tremendous for me. Do I still have pain? Somewhat, yes BUT I workout and go about my daily life now. I don't do things that would put my lower back under stress such as squats or running or dead lifts. I can leg press but that about the extent of how much I risk it. If you've not tried the spinal decompression you should really give it a go

^ Fantastic input sir thank you

Honestly fingers crossed I think I've made it.

      I don't think I'll require surgery.

I'd be very interested in talking to you more about what you do now. I intend to get fully back but with caution. Thank you for the decompression advice I didn't realise they could target specific vertebrea gaps. Have you checked out donnie Thompson on you tube? Some great tips
