To belt up or not

I think it's for those heavy lifts and pressing but logically means bent rows etc also. I understand people adopting the no belt logic and personally wouldn't belt up until I got to 500 lb on deads etc but I posted it because it suggests that the no belt crowd are mistaken in thinking your midsection doesn't get worked with a belt on.Originally posted by Bouncer View PostIs this talking about a belt for all workouts or just deads, squats and shit like that?
