Strength is subjective. Are we weightlifting or bodybuilding.

I'll be back bro, all I can say

Thanks epix appreciate it. Good times

Even after about 7 months off it wouldn't take me long

But I will be doing things a little different.

I remember Scott off here, a few of us knew him outside the site and he was freaky strong. Took everything, when he hit 40, things had to change. It's not that you lose strength, but you get sick of the recovery time and battering your body takes lifting heavy. For Scott this meant that instead of inclining 500, it was better to rep out with 400 lol

Good videos, those flies were solid and the behind the neck press was legit too. You were real strong bro.

80 kgs bro we metric here.

However many gyms that have heavy duty build 91kg dumbells because it just makes that legendary 200 lbs everyone wants to move

You do realize you've now compared yourself to Ronnie and Arnold in this thread right?

Your on gh I believe. Don't you love the effect gh has on the mind? Delusions of grandeur. I always get that on gh.

Your a beast bro, no doubt. But let's not get ridiculous about things. :D
