There's currently a coughing epidemic sweeping across the UK with about 10 million people down.

Had it all week and while there doesn't appear to be any infection the virus itself is quite heavy.

I'm hit ting it with every herbal concoction and having fun and small success but man it lingers.

I'm through the worst of it but apparently it is one that you have to stay rested after or it comes back

I did use manuka honey which are anti viral
