  • Gyno surgery experiences?

I've been recently considering having Gynecomastia surgery done. I got a small case of gyno during my first AAS cycle about 10 years ago. It was on one side and too small to worry about. It slightly got bigger through the years and now after a few weeks of HGH, I seem to be getting it on my other side now.

The new side is painful, and the existing side is medium/large sized but not very painful. I definitely think I should get the surgery, as I have read that once the gland is removed it will never come back.

Has anyone here had any good or bad experiences with Gynecomastia surgery? How long was your recovery time? What were you limited to afterwards? After healing, what were the results? What can I expect?

Get on adex now. .5mgs ED. You have some kind of hormone imbalance. You should not have sore nips from GH. You have an estrogen/progesterone problem. Adex will lower that and possibly help remove some of your old gyno.

Funny thing is with gyno surgery they almost always remove more than people thought was even there. It is usually not covered by insurance btw. If you do decide to get it done, get it done by a surgeon that specializes in gyno removal or a good plastic surgeon so they maintain the contour of your body and don't leave you with a gaping hole and scar tissue.

I have had good luck with raloxifene and nolvadex for reduction but they only go so far. If the tissue is fiberous the only option is surgery.
