      I take my training serious ma dude..reason why I got a herniated t7/t8.. had to call quits for 4 months I was a train wreck during that pause

          Injuries suck ass. Pain is bitch but the mental aspect of an injury and knowing you can't do what you love to do fucks with you hard. Been there, it's no easy task when training is your therapy and outlet for stress yet you have to stop yourself from going do you can heal. Very hard.

            Tell me about it.. these german orthapedics suck ass.. I was misdiagnosed and paid hundred of dollars because of physical therapy.. told that dude I'm still hurting so he ordered an MRI.. why da fuq he didn't do it in the first place.. then he wanted to do cortisol shots. Told him suck my balls and went to another doc.. did acupuncture and found a good oestphathy... this doc told me I could not train anymore lol...
            Man I always been an athlete.. from sports in high school then being a pro mma fighter in my 30's.. quit because of Injuries
            So lifting keeps my ptsd @ bay

              See...i bring 2 bottles of lemon juice and my banana...my last meal is around 8pm EST....We get up at 445am to train...i do it fasting, all of it...i run 4 miles...i lift heavy etc....i train seriously

                What them lemon juice for?.. I always take bcaas during workouts..

                I don't remember if it spikes insulin or not

                  Train smart though bro. Last thing you want is another injury. I personally like AAS that are healing and therapeutic. Deca, GH, anavar. All drugs that can heal, strengthen, and rebuild joint, ligament, tendon type injuries.

                  Drugs that dry you out I say stay away. They will make your injuries feel worse. Shit like winny. Fuck that. On deca my joints feel like I'm 18, on winny they feel like I'm 97.

                    I steer clear away from winny.. reason why I wana start growth. Think I'm at very good age to start for my healing and overall well being...

                    I got off all my damn anti-depressants.. before I started this cycle and never felt better.. could be the damn caber.. idk

                      Plenty of benefits of drinking lemon water, especially on an empty stomach. I don't do supps other than my powder

                        GH will help just gotta be patient with it. It's not like AAS where you notice it right away. Takes time and consistency. After 2-3 months you'll notice your muscles have a more round 3D look and your midsection looks smaller. Also improved mood and well being and sleep. The longer your on the better job it does. Most people don't give it enough time to work. 6 months minimum at 3-5 IU per day and you'll love it. Will make old injuries much less bothersome as well.
