Basically AFTER calling my doc, doing more research, etc...i am dehydrated, electrolytes imbalances, etc...i have said many times how profusely I sweat, I run, I lift, I hit sauna etc...time to up the potassium, up the regular salt up a bit, not sea salt and will also tweak my food consumption a bit.

I am getting another full panel done in 60 days for the follow-up on this.

Man rado has low igf wonder why mine is so high. I'm gonna get blood work again sometime. My estradiol was low on 1mg adex ed.

I'm 42 in a few weeks. Older you get, it decreases.

You need to worry about other shit first. Your test levels are numbers that a 20yr old has with no test. I'm at 300mgs a week and pushing 3200 points bro.

The thing I'd try to improve if I were you is the HDL. That is the good cholesterol which protects you. Really low.

I wouldn't worry at all about the LDL. It's fine.

Estradiol (Estrogen) is also elevated but that's to be expected with such high test numbers. Might be getting some side though with those values.

Liver values will come down quick once you drop the orals so I wouldn't worry too much about those either.

Yes dehydrated. Add more salt, shit I'd just drink salt/potassium water.

Why did you say you'd switch to table salt instead of sea salt? Goal is to just get straight sodium chloride?

Steroids lower good cholesterol. It's just one of those things. I eat oatmeal, avacado, fish oil etc .. and my good cholesterol is still low. Nothing you can really do diet wise while on AAS to get good cholesterol to perfect levels for most people. Rado also just added adex which will only make his good cholesterol worse unfortunately.

orals have been dropped so you're right, they will scale back.

Being on gear affects cholesterol and many other things. My estro will drop soon as well. Taking arimidex to assist for now.
                              But yes, dehydrated for sure.

My focus right now is hydration and proper electrolyte balance.

Not saying my cholesterol isn't an issue but it's not a concern what so ever. All of my life I've battled with it. I've had the numbers look super good, super bad, etc.

I've always been more concerned for ast and alt levels along with estradiol.

Yes I'm taking .5mgs of arimidex EOD and will run labs soon To see how Much It lowers my estradiol.
