Any downsides to drinking only sparkling water? It's pretty much all I drink. Not talking about the kind that has any artificial sweeteners or anything like that, just pure sparkling water. To me it's so much more refreshing and I can get a ton of it at Costco for literally a few dollars.
Basically just wondering if the carbonation has any negative effect in the body? I'm drinking a lot more now that it's hot as hell out.
