  • Is my testosterone level ok for building muscle?

Hello, first post & I hope someone could assist? I am a male 38 years of age & I was having some bedroom issues although I do put this down to my very low weight at this time (118lbs) & lack of fat in my diet. I have been lifting constantly for 6 months on a full body routine. I understand that building muscle can take a long time & genetics can play a part along with other factors but I just would like to know if my Test levels are ok for building muscle? It appears to be taking a long time for any visable progress in muscle mass. My Serum Testorone level is 15.6 nmol/L. Thanks.

I would need to know your test levels in ng/dl. I don't know what nmol/l ranges are normal. In the US we go by ng/dl.

Hello & thanks for your reply. I have used a conversion tool which gives 450 ng/dl.

That is on the low end. Technically it's considered "normal" but it's the typical testosterone level seen in much older people. Unless you are in your 50s or above I would consider it low test levels.

Can always buy testosterone yourself and use it.

              several
get a new doctor (they always say its normal unless its WAY off)
make sure you have health diet to facilitate natural test levels
try taking 25mg clomid (orally)- it will raise test to above normal while using it
              or
              testosterone injections 100-200mg per week

but to be honest dick issues probably not low test.... get a script for cialis. it will help you now and to permanently fix the issue. also blood flow, high blood pressue, thick blood, excessive caffiene all culprits....example my buddy has high hemocrit and started baby asprin every day dick issue went away.
              exercise and diet too...

i dont know about all that. if your test levels are high and your estro levels are in check you should not have dick issues.

Cialis won't help if he has libido issues

true but not fixing the other issues is a bigger problem; i feel libido or 'sexual desire' is the easy part for most. lot of shit on the market to help with that
