Are all fish oil tabs...the same?

I wanna start taking fish oil tabs. Primary reason is to help with colestrol levels

Are all fish oils the same? Suggestions?

Nope.. get fish oil high in epa/dha 1 gram total.. 3 grams a day

Mine are in gel caps I take 3 of them a day with meals im not sure of the dosage but I recently checked my cholesterol when I donated blood and it came back within range. That's on 500 test 600 npp and 12.5mg aromasin ED
