Up ur protine to about 200, mostly complex carb and all good fat makes up the rest of ur caloric intake. Caloric intake for 6 foot 200 # man is 1200 a day for crazy weight loss, with cardo timed behind ur carb intake to preserve some little bit of muscle. Unless u protect muscle in a different way. One other option would be a keto diet, it works and is about the same as above just take out the carbs, up the protine just a Lil an make up the difference with fat calories replacing the carbs cals. U can get a test strip to piss on that will show when ur body is in a keto state.

Quick is not best and its better to lose weight the right way. It takes time to put it on so it should take time to take it off. Just eat as clean as you can , cut calories slowly, do a cheat meal for sanity's sake and do a mixture of HIT/LISS and perform all your weight training standing(for max calorie burn) and use moderate weigh,higher rep. Also try to incorporate as many exercises that hit multiple body parts at once (for mix calorie burn)
Try overnight fasting. Eat at say 6 then try to go 14 hrs before you eat breakfast.
Eat carbs before ,post and post-post workout then switch to protein fats to improve insulin sensetivity....and lastly find a good HGH and do 2.5-5 iu when you first wake fasted and before bed fasted!
