Mine will go higher at work throughout the day but VA wants it every morning..n tracking it. I think it's good to be watching n tracking it.

See the * ? That's when I did injections at night... If you notice in just this short time it looks like BP drops next morning each time..then rises a couple days later. Gonna keep watching this and see if it continues

i need to get one of those monitors. Off cycle mine is 120/80. had it checked at docs a few weeks ago and it was 140/90 I think.

My issue is I always get it taken at the docs at the end of the day. Yesterday I trained, got in shower and went to doc at 4pm. It's was 101 degrees outside. My bp was like 162 something. Lol. When I go to doc my stress level always go up and my heart starts beating and shit. I'm sure if I took it first thing in morning calm in my house it would be much lower. Either way, I'm lowering the deca. Test never effected my bp like deca has.
