This is a short one but the reason I'm posting is that we've had the discussion before about gyno surgery and the possibility of having a divot afterward. This is addressed here.

Basically the divot is only there if they don't suck out any fat from the area and only remove the gyno. The lack of fat creates the divot. And remember fat cells never go away they only get smaller as you get leaner, so if you put on some weight the divot will always be there if you don't get the fat lipo sucked out.
