  • Resting heart rate in the morning

Is best before you put your feet down. Here's mine; I'm use to it being in the 40s....I'll be posting it more here and frequently.

Curious how this will relate to my labs when I get them done.

That's crazy low unless you are doing a ton of cardio everyday or are on meds

      Meds? Lol never

Bro I say it all the time. I run at least 3 miles ED, if not 4 at a 730 pace.

I've never had an issue with high heart rate, even when ON.

I've never taken meds for blood or heart issues. I actually think it's high compared to what I'm use to seeing.

Even when I'm doing stuff, it hovers in the 60s. So 50s to me, is a bit high. I like mine in the 40s

health risks can develop if a low heart rate gets too low—a condition called bradycardia. Bradycardia is usually diagnosed when your resting heart rate is less than 60 beats per minute (BPM).

a slow heart beat may mean that not enough blood is being pumped to supply the needs of the heart itself. If it is serious enough, bradycardia can cause cardiac arrest and death.

get to a doctor now. very serious condition. keep us updated on your poor health bro. nothing to joke about. you have to start taking your health a little more seriously. all that nasty pork fat is killing you.

seriously though. i've brought my BP and heart rate down a ton. shit used to be like 100 BPM just sitting around. it's now around 70. i stopped doing cardio for a period of about 3 months awhile back to see how much it would help put on size. my BP went straight up and BPM went up. it's crazy how helpful even a small amount of cardio (20 minutes pwo 3mph a 3.0 incline 5 days per week) can be.

Actually no bro. I literally took that as I reached over to my phone, true shit.

I was actually surprised late I was getting up at. I'm usually up at 530 or so.

That reading is all me my man. When I smoke, it does not stay that low.

It does raise your heart rate bro. It runs in the high 90s when I smoke.
