  • My 2019 Health Log with labs attached

Saw a new doctor today and things went well; I like the fella. So here is what I'm beginning with in terms of labs, 11 of them to be exact.

The doc and I spoke for a good 45mns on my health history, AS usage, etc...I brought along many years of labs done, films, pics, etc...

    Next stop is a cardiologist.

I'll keep this updated with lab results while being OFF and as I'm cycling(ON) which will be relatively soon.

I have 11 types of different tests being done.

Full panel, GH, igf, and many other ones that are not as common for the typical AS user, but it is important for my health and also fertility wise.

9 months of being COMPLETELY OFF.

What I'm really impressed and happy about is my ast and alt numbers and how low they've gotten, wow.

Those numbers I had last year, i was on superdrol and not to mention that I was on orals for over a year; all of my labs from last year(9 of them)my ast and alt numbers were in the 60s at a minimum.

My test levels are good for my age and again, I've been clean for 10 months now. I do feel fully recovered and overall mood is positive.

I'm still in good shape, some abs, still strong, running 3 to 4 miles ED at a 730 pace. My heart rate is good, etc...

Oh yea, my GH is high[emoji39][emoji41] interesting isn't it? Lol..debate

My HDL and LDL values are always in that range or 190s for total. It is something I've dealt with for years and it runs in my family.

My HDL is relatively good. I will begin my cycle this weekend.

My RBC/WBC and hemo are a tad high: can't ever get enough water. I'm near 2 gallons a day like wtf

looks good but i really think you should avoid orals going forward. the risk to reward ratio just isn't good health wise.

Disgaree in regards of orals, especially Anavar.

I've experimented enough to know my body and labs.

Excited to get the testing done on my heart and getting some other stuff done as well.

i don't know how you can disagree with orals being unhealthy. they just aren't. especially with age, the risk only grows.

i agree that some are worse then others the benefit they give vs the risk is not worth it IMO.

Here is one of my most recent labs. Was doing deca for about a month at around 100mgs a week, hence the single digits on test.

My cholesterol fluctuates all the time, love my cookies. [emoji201][emoji2957]

The night prior I had wine and dinner at a restaurant.

Been on close to a month now and will do labs in a few months. I'll fix the cholesterol by then; usually gets better since I cut the bs out.

                          can hardly see it, blurry.

your test was low because of deca? you weren't running the deca alone were you? that's a terrible idea if so. shit will make you a limp dick depressed sissy.

I ran the deca alone and knew this would be the outcome. It was for a few weeks bro.

The deca killed my test in days time.

any reason why you ran it completely alone? i can understand why you only ran it for a few weeks and said fuck this. to feel good on deca you need to keep your test levels double the deca. that way you get all the benefits of deca and none of the negatives. by running it alone you were probably hit with the mental (sadness/low energy) and physical (limp dick) of deca. as a standalone drug deca is absolute garbage. run with test it's magic. i thought i made this clear as possible a hundred times before..

run deca with test and your experience will be 1000% different.
