Remove back acne on dry skin

Hello,
I have acne on the face as well as the back. But my problem is back acne is more than face. Please suggest some home remedies and give some supplement for my dry skin type.

aloe vera gel (Facial) can be the option for fast remedy. I tried and got a good result in the end.

I use aloe vera but it's not suited for my skin type.

I use salicylic acid wash on my face and back AFTER rinsing conditioner from my hair. I follow up with bacitracin cream (NOT ointment) to quickly heal the acne and scars.

Depends on your skin type.

my skin is dry and so much sensitive skin.

You have to avoid junk foods and drink more water and exercise regularly on a daily basis. You can use clay masks to remove dirt from deep inside. You can treat by taking antibiotics. If you are looking for home remedy then it is best Apply lemon juice and honey and wears for 18 hours.
