  • 2021 post COVID cut

    Been working on a cut for a little while now for the beach next week. I absolutely suck at taking pics too....i just can't seem to get a good one no matter where I try to take one.

                    To get the best bang for your buck you should have dieted down a lot more before starting a LONG bulk. You are going to have to end up doing a few mini cuts during this long bulk now to put on the lean muscle tissue you are wanting. Just some friendly advice.

                        This is probably true, but I still stay pretty clean during my bulks, and fortunately for me, I'm very lucky that my body likes to stay around 20% body fat no matter what I eat. Now granted like I say, I dont hit the buffets daily and eat Skittles and shit. I stick to my protein and veggies with some higher carb days, so yeah. Thanks for the input, I always welcome positive and negative.
