    These were taken a few weeks ago, have gained 65lbs since the show in sept, currently weighing in at 245lbs ar 11% bodyfat, just under 5'9"
    the cycle was 3 months, was using
    quest enth 800mg week
    quest eq 500mg week
    quest deca 500mg week
    jintropin gh 4iu per day
    taking a month off and just bridging now with the gh and var

                        Main areas of attention right now are delt, upper back width, and calves
                        No idea when the next show is, I said I wanted at least 20-30lbs more mass before I did another, so that will take a while
                        The diet is simple, 7-8 meals a day, around 450 grams of protein, and lots of junk food to get the calories up. Normally I couldnt get away with the junkfood, but the gh is amazing

                          Hey NS.....looking thick. I too eat tonnes of junk food for the cals......and I just got my 400 iu of JIN as well.....i'm gonna hit you with a PM about the JIN, hope you don't mind.
