I held off so long because I am cheap and i wouldn't but a scanner LOL. but last week both my printers broke so I had to break down and buy a new one. so I bought the new dell all-in-one with a scanner. pretty fucking cool.

5' 11" weight is probably around 205 today. I am veiny all around my body like my arm is. that photo was in january. I dropped a bit of bodyfat and water since then.

yeah I was just trying to explain how low my bodyfat in at this point. I just got back from my workout and i was 204.:D
