But it´s not easy. I DON´T HAVE lean genetics ! Actualy I belong to the endomorph tipe. That pic. I´v posted where I´m lookong so skinni is because I´v been doing almost 5 hours of cardio a day and eating almoast nothink. I could very easily rich 70kg if I don´t folow a strict diet.
That is my bigest problem. If I want to put on some muscle, I have to sacrifice my lean physic and I will put on a lot of ugly fat !
Anyway I plan a new cycle - I want to grow more

honestly in this way i think you'll burn yourself! first of all not have to be an obsession, now you are in great shape i dont' think you can rich easy 70kg anyway is normal you have to follow a right diet, you sayd that you want to grow more muscles well 5 hours cardion will not help you

    Great work! You look amazing
She was young but look at her physique...its incredible. It looks like an aged muscle. I dont think age is quite as critical in women as it is for men. Men can easily utilize there natural hormones up through 23-24 w/out any plateaus. But again, look at our icon Arnold S and he was on shit at age 15.

i have done 2 cycles.. both at the age of 20.. I am still 20 and still feel like i started too early even with a powerlifting background

No offense, but I will never understand where people who are 19 or 20 get off telling other people they are too young. I wouldn't advocate people using before they are ready, but that is such a personal question that it can't be answered with a number.

If you get past the issue of growth plates (which are already fused in probably 95% or more of 17 year old women) then the potential side effects are the same for young people as they are for older people. The only difference really is maturity level - which again is not something that can be resolved simply by reference to your age.

krystina you are young and beautiful, and of course perhaps not entirely sure of yourself, your future, and what will make you happy

as i am sure you well know, using steroids can give you some irreversible side effects which will close doors for you in the future, particualrly with your looks

it would be a great pity if you squandered your beauty with a youthful error in judgement

that being said, i hope it all works out well for you, and you get where you want to be without any sides. i like happy endings, not tragedies :)

    cheerios
