Hey everyone, i took these today. I'm natural, meaning i don't take any prohormone, steroids and such.

I do take, however, creatine and proteine and a good eca stack. Mix them with some discipline and dedication, a good nutrition plan and you will meet your goals one day!

Anyway, you don't see my legs here cuz i don't train them. Just wanted to let you guys know because i know someone will ask it ;)

On the other thread i was an ass, really. I won't compare myself to anyone again, that just fucks off my name (just wanted to get that off my chest).

    Keep pumpin' everyone!!

Why don't you train your legs, man? Training doesn't stop at the waist and who wants an unbalanced physique. I personally would rather have a more developed lower body if given the choice. I think it is much more aesthetically appealing.

my legs aren't like chicken legs : they are shaped but not big. It's just how i like them, my personal preference.

Cool....but being that they are such large muscle groups, you release so much testosterone and growth hormone when you train them, which in turn, can help build more muscle up top. You should at least do some endurance training, which should not add more size, but will at least keep them in proportion with your upper body. I certainly don't recommend ignoring them completely.

Capricik is a classic case of a discotrainer:o

A little chest, kind of biceps, no back, legs etc.

You should concentrate on building a complete physique. Chest is alright compared to your other bodyparts. I think your arms, back, delts need a lot more work. And also... you should start training legs man. When you train your legs you will promote growth in other areas as well.

Squatting should be the cornerstone of every good training routine!

                          hey there mr. critic ;)

I do train back, as a matter of fact. I don't train legs, but i'm still hardcore. I watch what i eat, i don't miss a training or cardio, i rest, i hydrate my body etc.. etc.. I dont workout to be labeled as 'bodybuilder" so i don't care if i have a discotrainer or regular joe kind of body...as long as i'm satisfied with it.

Anyway here is a pic of my back :

kind of flexed, i do train my entire body except legs. I have trained them for over a year, doing squats, hack squats, front squats etc.. and they grow way too fast, i don't like em big.

That back is looking good capricik! Be careful not to overtrain your traps because they will over-shadow your shoulders :)
