  • Need advice.

Okay, here is a sucky picture of myself. I KNOW that I need to eat a LOT more, but I need some advice on what exactly I need to eat. Like how much? What supplements would be good for me? What kind of gains do some of you think I could attain? I am 5'8" and around 108-114lbs. I'm not posting my picture for people to laugh and make stupid remarks. So, only constructive criticism please.

too bulk up you need to eat at least 2 grams of protein per pound of bodyweight

do a lot of reading on nutrition and youll get it. soak up all the info. you can from
as much reading material as possible.

seems like you have a very fast metablism. once you start hitting the gym hard and eating right your body will soak up all that protein.

You need to eat. Then eat some more. Then when you feel like you are going to puke. EAT! That's how you grow brother. Lots of steak and lots of chicken!

4000 cals / day. at least 250 g of protein. Train with low reps, heavy weight, and 2.5 - 3 mins between sets.

if taste is really important to you, i would suggest MuscleMilk by CytoSport... that company has some of the best tasting stuff out there in a million flavors. and when they say it tastes like something it DOES! great products too.

Throw Natty PB in every shake. Flax seed,Olive, and fish oils are your friend. Eat a ton of protien, I would do any cardio unless fat starts appearing. Low rep High weight in the gym. When you cook use alot of olive oil. Good carbs such as Oat meal, Brown rice, Wheat Pasta. 4000 calories sounds good to me for right now. After you gain som size back off a little. You could also throw some creatine in there and B-12( more than normal. When IT up my B-12 my appetite goes through the roof.

For low reps, try to stick around 6. No more than 8.
