  • Progress Pictures (2003-2004)

    I thought I’d post my pics to show you the progress I have made over a years time. The before pictures are from April 2003 and the after were taken April 2004. Exactly a year apart. As you can tell my posing sucked bad in the before pictures. In the before pics I’m about 175 lbs and in the after pics I’m about 190 lbs. I was up to 200 but was cutting down for a show that was coming up. (I’ll post those pics when I get them back).

                        anterior deltoid. a lot of it is genetics. your genes decide where and how much each muscle can support.

                              If I remember correctly, there is no muscle between your pecs and shoulders. The pectorals connect to the shoulder. I think...
