You truley are an inspiration and congrats!!!! It is funny ... while I was looking @ your pics I couldn't help remember how frustrated you were from dieting---WOW what a payoff!

I still have a hard time convincing myself I really looked like that! Winning 1st was great, believe me....but seeing the total transformation by body made was unreal.

That's the reason I started that thread. So people can relate and know that it is tough, but the rewards far outweigh the negatives.

Good!! I'm glad it was motivating!! People need to realize that if they have the determination they can do it to. It doesn't happen overnight, but it does happen if you dial it in right!

Okay, RS, your just cracking me up with that one, it is the wonder of life how this change so much.

Those pictures are DAYUMS, you dialed it all in so well, you seperation was superb, skin looked great, you had it all.

Thanks. Your words and encouragement were superb through it all.

Hindsight is always 20/20. It wasn't easy by any means. And the dieting and cardio wasn't the hardest part. It was not being able to see the finished product that was most frustrating since it was my 1st time competing. It was the mental side of things that made you have to stay in every weekend, and have no social life.

Either way, it was a good experience. Aside from getting screwed over in the overall, I exceeded my own expectations, and goals for this show. Hopefully the next one wil be the same way!
