Your upper body is looking large bro, but how are the wheels at 240? What are they measuring? In the pic at 240 your arms look nearly as big as your quads!
I've got the opposite problem, my legs grow, but arms are still too damn skinny - genetics....

He had a back injury and couldn't do squats, leg presses and deads. Very limited arsenal of leg exercises were available to him. They are by no means tiny, it's just because everything else is so big, they don't look to be proportionate to his body.

im now 27 , and i started bodybuilding 7 years ago , Ive only competed in 2 shows cause I took up competing only 2 years ago.Thanks for the compliment.
I'm 240 but no where near as hard as you great work. To gain over 40 pounds and still have abs is quite impressive. How tall are you and what was your BF% when you started and when you finished?
Chad - my next plans of competition are , 1st the western regionals , then next year jr nationals , then in 2 years the USAs. by this time all lagging body parts will equal out. im being guided by my friend who is a ifbb pro, hes taught me more in 1 hour then i knew in a year, i nvere thought there were any secrets but guess what there is.
bigcmonster- thanks for the compliments yes im 5,9 and my BF in the first pic was 4% or maybe even less.
