Sup all...I'm new around here and here is my first batch of pics...This was several months ago...Since then I've had surgery and have been out of the weight room for a while...
I have less body fat now than in this pic...but less mass as well as expected. I'm bulking again and have about 5 lbs. or so to go to get back to this body weight...Suggestions welcome.
