22yrs old just under 6"2...not sure what ill come in at..first show so whatever it takes

You are making progress but you still have a ways to go bro. I can tell your still holding alot of fat and water in your stomach love handle area. Also need to get those legs alot leaner. Overall your doing good, keep it up. I would say to be shreded on stage your going to come in around 215-220lbs. At 6'2 that may look a little skinny. Next off season dont put on so much fat, and concentrate on alot of clean calories.
