I have posted here a few times so I thought it would be appropriate for me to post my picture. I am 26 years old, 5'8, 168lbs, 7% body fat (at this time). My regimen includes working out 6 days a week including a good amount of cardio to stay as lean as possible. Natty all the way. Supplements that I take include the following:
ProLab Lean Mass Matrix MRP (2 a day)
Optimum Nutrition's CGT
Optimum Nutrition's 100% Whey
NOW's l-Arginine (the powder)
CytoSport's Cytogainer (I switch between this and Lean Mass Matrix all of the time)
My daily caloric intake averages right around 2500 calories including 50 grams of fat, 300 grams of carbs, and 200 grams of protein. I'm using www.fitday.com to log all of my nutrition intake.
