i started 2 weeks before with my diet for the IFBB World Championships quali!
Here the newest pics from yesterday 8 weeks before first show.
My weight on the pics is 92kg and my high 169cm!

Of course i will try to help, but my english is not the best, so it is a little difficult for me.
I give 2 long interviews for magazines, that will published in the next month. So i hope i could post some answer and questions from it here, to give you more infos about me, my training etc.
