    right now. . .500 mg test enanthate per week. . .
    1/2 tab of anadrol per day starting this week for the last 3 weeks. .thats it at the moment. . .I did 25mg dbol per day for 3 weeks at the start of the 12 week contest prep to get my blood levels up but getting sick pretty much shot that to hell. .have not been sick in so long I had forgotten how it felt. haha

        yep, to be honest all the complex stuff I see guys discussing is pretty much a waste of time in my books. . .anyone that sees my posts will know that as I advocate simple and to the point cycles. . .a guy at the gym today (teenager) asked me what my secret was in that "you must be on a mega-cycle-because-you-look-better-than-me" tone. . .and I just said "lots of time" . .which is the truth when it comes down to it as no matter what you take etc. it all comes down to time in the gym, time with a fork and time in bed (not counting shag time, haha)
        I am sure he went and told his friends I was full of shit, but hopefully he will talk to me again and I will get him eating etc. . .:)

          this is so true CG, everything we supplement does just that, supplement. Time in the gym, eating, and sleeping is what makes people get big. Sure other things can help you along the way but it's the hard as nails approach the seems to work for the best. Even a good cycle takes a few months to work really well. I guess it's the whole I want to look like a god overnight syndrome.

              Thanks guys. . .I appreciate it. . .I am still having a junk day this weekend as I think I am coming in even a bit too fast. . .I am upping the cardio to offset it a bit and stay sharp. . .I think my one friend that said I would no way make it down to 198 may be right. . .my weight was back up to 210 last time I hit the scale. .last night. . we will see on sunday night after the weekend load. . .

                          You mentioned you had the shingles...was this the first time or do you get them reoccurring? I had them once and that was enough for me but for many people they will come back periodically. Hope they stay away for ya. :)

                            fIRST AND LAST TIME. .i hope. . .I am getting more sleep now and not so physical at work. . .less stress as well. .it was horrible. .

                            I got second at my show. .was a tossup as one of the judges talked to me during the afternoon and said he had me in first as did a few others. . .oh well, back to the drawing board. . I am going to trample the ontarios in 2006. . .should be 225 onstage. I was 205 this time out. . .damn those shingles. . ;)
