    be honest, if you good tell me my strong/weak points, I know it's hard from the pic. i just finished a 6 week cut and I'm 6'5

    damn your tall bro. you actually dont look too bad for your height. i would say you need to fill out a little more (obvioulsy with your height) but other than that you have a good start. its hard to tell with that pic, but i can definitely tell you work out.

      ok some info on me, just finished a 6 week cut, I know it's hard to assess me, oh I am 6'6 so that does make a difference

        i used to be 240 so i know I can get bigger, it's just I think I'm one of those " when i see carbs i blow up"

          big pump you look great! I am shocked how tall you are! Your body looks like you wouldn't be that tall. you are 1'4" taller than me!

              Telling you your weak points depends on where you want to be in the future, some people might be satisfied with the size you're at right now. I'd say you're in good overall condition, especially for your height.

                No reason to cut brother. I would work on getting some more mass. Get on a good bulking diet and pack some good weight on. Keep up the good work.

                  Yeah i do have some good size, espeically considering I'm 6'6. Where i want to be in the future? By June i want to be at least 230 with about 8-7.5% bf, i'm at 8.6 now. I plan on lean bulking for about 8 weeks, then take 2 weeks off and cut. I have the ability to lean out quickly so doing a short cut i'll get lean gains and keep muscle mass lose to a minimum. Depending on where I am in May, I might do a 3-4 weeks cut to get my bf down for summer then hit a ph cycle

                    Well that pic was a result of the 6 week cut, I'm like staying lean year round and not letting myself get a gut, i was 240, looking huge but I had a gut. Not anymore. I'll be lean bulking for 8 weeks, I check my progress based on my weight each morning and so far i'm up 2 pounds lol

                            Looking good bro just like every one said bit more size would be great.and about taking a better picture,try to put your camera on a tripot or a (tall enough :D ) flat surface and use it's timer.

                              Yea, you have a good base, but I think you need to work on your chest, may just be because your holding your arms up though. Get some more pics up. And how are the wheels?
