Dude, i'll post up some recent pics with my current workout its changed since the last time i posted. i think i've put on some size since all my lifts are up about 30 pounds or so. I do my own variation of high intensity training/ DoggCrapp. i'll elaborate later on in the week.
NYC: thanks i think i may be a little softer now, but i don't mind its really hard for me to put on fat so i'll take a i little extra for the energy and the girls like a little softness to go with the muscle, not too much though haha. Besides it makes ya look bigger too :)
