to comment on these pics I'm going to bulk and add size on my winter break, my traps need work...the wheels are proportioned if anyone is wondering, going to focus on squats,deads, wide grip bench and curls...looking to add another 15-20 lbs, I'm 20 years old, bout 5'7-5'8 about 155 this pic was taken when I was not liftin for a month or so

You got a good base going there. Don't forget to focus on your shoulder development also. Good delts can dramatically change the look of your physique.

yeah it may not look like it, but my delts are pretty ripped up...played baseball up until last year my arms are ahaed of the rest of my physique
