been cutting for about two months now pretty seriosly, lost about 12 pounds. figure ill jus put this up, there are others around to compare to, but theres not a ridiculous diffrence. dont think i have lost much muscle, even though my calories are so low.

thanks guys, i figure ten more pounds the i can finally do this 1 ad i have been sitting on for a year. Not sure of a lot of you know about ph's but i dont want to bloat to much so i am opting not use 4 ad for the cycle. i do have come m4ohn. i heard stacking with 1ad is a good lean gainer. any info would be great. since this is my first ph cycle, i might just do the 1ad since it seams so many have had good luck by itself. i just dont want to deal with the lethergy.
