              Are you natural or have you used gear b4? If so what have you taken and whats your history? Also what are your stats and goals?

                i know... i still got a long way to go
                im 5'9, bout 185 about 15% bf.. im natty, never used gear, plus im only 19... right now im gonna bulk till the end of feb, then im gonna cut in march cuz my spring break is at the end of march
                i guess my goal for this year is to get to 195 or 200 with about 10-12% bf

                  Looking solid Slop! But you may want to start cutting a bit sooner.. 3-4 weeks isn't much time to get your "beach muscles" visible unless you have a high metabolism :)
