Short on pic for the hell of it. This was taken a about 2 months ago when I finished my first ever diet. Didn't do so great, but did drop some BF.

LOL I am afraid to answer that.

Based off of all big movements, squats, deads, Flat presses.

Day 1 Shoulders chest and tris
Day 2 Lower body-Deads, squats and abs (please, no one tell me this isn't good, thanks)
          Day 3 Back and bis

Just trying to get big and strong without injury. LOL Shoulder has been really messin with me since I tweaked it a couple weeks ago. Using that Eq to help bring my shoulder back and just watching form. I would really like to just hit 240lbs, but it seems so far as I have been stuck at this weight for quite some time.

                      keep it up

keep workin at it...your young and you'll improeve dramatically... with hard work of course. As a suggestion, I would split up day 1.....can't work chest and shoulders hard if you do them on the same day....you might want to try this:
                      day 1: chest and abs
day 2: Back, lower back & rotator
day 3: Quads & Hams and abs
                      day 4 shoulders and traps
day 5 arms & calves and abs

try this if you would like.....I will leave the exercises to you unless you ask me for some advice

What's your diet like? I'm sure you can hit 240lbs but it will take dedication to get there. The diet is the key. (I know you already know that). :D

Thanks. I believe in more rest though. 4 days a week max for mass, three days is best for mass building.

It's hard to believe, but in 4 years I have put on 65lbs of muscle, 45 of that has been natty.
