Well everyone I decided to do another Bodybuilding show this May.I started my diet yesterday.Here are couple pictures,current stats 5'8" 200lbs I don't know my bf% but I think about 12% these pictures don't show my legs but they are better than my upper body.I'll keep posting pictures on regular basis so you guys can see the progres.

Thanks guys I'll try to get down to 170lbs.My goal is to lose two pounds a week.12 weeks x 2lbs =24lbs plus water weight.so we'll see.:)Last edited by wnabeabeast; 03-02-05, 01:01 AM.

Thanks for the great support guys.
My diet is as usual high protein low carbs and some good fats.I get up at 4am everyday I have to be at work by 5 so I start with
7 egg whites and one whole egg
1/2 cup of oatmeal
I usally have a break @6am so next to my work there is a 24hr restaurant I either have a burger or turkey paty and some egg beaters.
8am protein shake I am to lazy to mix my own oils like flaxseed oil and stuff so I use muscle milk because of the fat in it.
By 11 I am done with work for a while so I'll have some amino fuel by twinlab it has 15gr protein with all the aminos and 11gr carbs.I take two servings of it.
12 pm workout
after my work out protein shake with simple carbs.This time I use designer protein with some juice.19gr protein per serving so I take two servings(I use the nonflavored one with the juice)
Mid afternoon is my biggest meal usually two chicken breast mid size yam or rice(white or brown dosen't matter to me.) cup of vegetables.
4pm protein shake with water so all I get is protein.
Back at work by 4:30pm and I work till 8pm this is my longest break witout any food.
8:30pm dinner one grilled chicken breast and salad with lemon juice and olive oil dressing.I usually chop the chicken and mix it with my salad.
Finally if I am in the mood,one more low carb protein shake with water before I go to bed.
As I get closer to the contest date I'll cut the protein shakes and add more chicken and some fish.
If you guys wanna add or change anything please feel free to do so.any input will be greatly appreciated.

Looking good brother. You may want to try replacing a shake with 5oz chicken breast and some green vegy's. The more whole food you eat the better. Just a thought. Good luck in your show and keep is updated. If you have some back or leg shots please post.
